Midwest Monster Adventure Race

The Midwest Monster Adventure Challenge is a true test to one's strength, endurance and team commitment.  Coed 4 person teams or 2 person teams of any combination will try out their skills in biking, running,river inner tubing, orienteering and an obstacle course. The Monster is scheduled to begin at
7:30 a.m. Saturday, September 20th.
The Midwest Monster Adventure Challenge is a not-for-profit event.
Proceeds from the race benefit the Quincy Regional Crime Stoppers. Thanks for your support!

Which Monster course will you tackle?
        The Long Course  

• 30-mile mountain bike ride over paved roadways, gravel roads and trails
• 40lb. Sandbag Carry
• Navigate through dense foliage with the help of a compass.
• An obstacle course developed by the Monster Staff
• Take a ride on the Mississippi River
• A 10-mile run along the river and through Quincy's beautiful parks.

        The Short Course it's not as far, not as tough, but is still a test of endurance!

• 20 Miles on Bike
• 40lb. Sandbag Carry
• The Obstacle Course, but NO Orienteering
• Take a Ride on the Mississippi River
• 6 to 8 Mile Run  

The Midwest Monster Adventure Challenge is a 2008 National Championship Regional Qualifier. The National Championship will be November 7-8 in Blue Ridge, Georgia.
